In this section you can find valuable information regarding your payment options and the whole payment procedure.
KOUZOUPIS JEWELLERY S.A. enables you to use the following ways of payment upon making an order (transactions made with euro):

Please note that we do not collect or save any personal details of your credit card. All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Bank transfer
Through a bank account you can transfer the amount corresponding to your order. During this process, you need to use your full name as a reason for the transfer (in the case that you are unable to do so please use your last name only).

Important Notes
– Under no any circumstances will any of your details provided to us during a payment will be kept or used for another purpose beyond the fulfilment of our transaction.
– All transactions will be followed by a confirmation email or fax verifying that we have received your payment.
– Only when the payment is received will we shall start manufacturing your order.

Delivery Time

Here you can find all important information regarding the delivery times and the delivery procedure. Please note that the time that we need to post a package is different compared to the time required for an item to arrive at your address which depends on the postal agency. Nonetheless, every product is accompanied by a Tracking Number which you will be provided with via email.

How long does a package require to be posted to me?
When a product is purchased there are two scenarios regarding the delivery time.
– If the product is custom-made it will be posted immediately after its manufacture is completed and it has successfully passed our quality assessments. The required time is approximately between one to two months.
– In any other case, the procedure will require approximately one month.
We are very strict with our deadlines but if for a reason a delay occurs we will keep you updated.

What is the cost of posting a package to me?
– The cost depends on your location and the postal agency. Sometimes, extra costs may occur from the customs or the insurance for which you will be informed in advance.
– There is no cost for products posted and arriving dysfunctional or damaged.

What postal agencies do you use for shipping?
– We usually use DHL, FedEx or the Greek postal agency ELTA. Nonetheless, if you have a specific postal agency you prefer to use please let us know.

Is there anything else I should have in mind?
– In the rare case that your delivery cannot be completed due to unwanted circumstances (bad weather, strikes etc.) we will contact you. Please be aware that for areas that are over 20 kilometers from the nearest postal office and for certain remote islands, delivery time may increase.
– Your delivery location cannot be changed from the time the product is dispatched from our company.
– All deliveries require a signature to confirm their collection.
– In case that the recipient is not found at the address given, a note will be left in order to rearrange a collection time.
– All deliveries worldwide are made from 9.00am until 20.00pm (delivery times may change based on area of delivery).
– In case you prefer to collect your package from a postal office, please choose so when making the order or contact us to let you know about the nearest office to you.

Shipping

In this section you can find useful information about the shipping procedure of a product. Regarding the shipping of products please keep in mind the following:

Are there any restrictions regarding where my products can be shipped?
– There are no shipping restrictions in terms of where we can ship your products. We can post them at any address specified around the globe. Nonetheless, we are not responsible if you provide us with an invalid address.

How long does it take for an item to be shipped?
– As also specified in the “Delivery Information” section, the manufacturing of a product may take up to two months depending on its attributes. Once the item is ready and shipped to your address it usually takes approximately 5 business days to reach you. However, please keep in mind that this time period is our average estimation and in reality it always depends on the postal agency and the customs office.

Who handles the shipping?
– In case that a product is delivered dysfunctional or is damaged during shipping then we cover the shipping cost.
– In any other case (for instance you are requesting a return or a modification) you are fully responsible for the shipping and the integrity of the products and you will also need to cover the costs.

The packaging of the jewellery is equally important as the product itself. The jewellery in order to show its true beauty and utilize its full potential it needs also to be placed in the perfect case. One that will protect it but simultaneously promote it.
Our mentality at KOUZOUPIS JEWELLERY S.A. is that each piece of jewellery needs a “home” to be placed in. A home that will not only offer protection to the product but one that will also enable the jewel to express its uniqueness and brilliance.
For this reason, we have manufactured the perfect jewellery case for our products. A case that safely stores, transfers or even presents your jewellery.

Crafted from skilled technicians with great love and dedication, these cases also offer high versatility when it comes to storing your jewellery.

Please keep in mind the following:
– The case is part of the product; it is included in every custom-made order and does not include an additional cost.
– In case of posting a product back to KOUZOUPIS JEWELLERY S.A. or an authorized retailer of KOUZOUPIS JEWELLERY S.A. it will need to be posted in this specific case.

Order Cancellation

Throughout the execution of your order you are free to request a cancellation. We understand that you may change your mind for your own personal reasons and decide to cancel your order. The only thing we request from you is that you are sure about your choice.
Even though this is not always feasible, the earlier the stage of production at which you decide to cancel your order the better. For the cancellation of an order please keep in mind the following:

How do I cancel my order?
– You need to contact the Customer Help Department at +30 210 3228018 or via email at info@kouzoupis.gr and inform us about the reason and the order you want to cancel.

What do I need to know about an order cancellation?
– There are no restrictions considering when or why you can cancel your order but we would prefer to know it as early as possible.
– There are no additional costs for cancelling an order.
– Payments made in advance are not refunded.
